Daily cleaning

If you want your room cleaned, please hang the cleaning notice outside on the door-handle of your room (you can find a YEP/NOPE notice hanging on the wall).
The housekeeping will not clean the room if there is no notice.

Please note!

For the safety and well-being of our guests, it is the hotel’s policy to clean the room at least on every third day.
Appropriate efforts are made to provide advance notice before entering an occupied room.

Laundry service

To order the laundry service – place clothes in the laundry bag, fill the accompanying form and take the bag to the reception desk.
Ironing supplies are available at the reception desk upon request.


Each hotel floor has an elevator at the side of the building connected to the shopping centre for a convenient direct connection to Lõunakeskus – the largest shopping centre in South-Estonia.


Reception (Living room)

Different drinks and snacks can be bought at the hotel reception open for gests around the clock.

Bath robes and slippers are available at the reception.



Hotel Sophia is a completely smoke-free hotel – smoking in the hotel is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated area with an ashtray supplied.
A fine of 200€ is applied for smoking inside the hotel building.

Hotel responsibility and security

Sophia hotel is not responsible for the loss or destruction of personal belongings left unattended by the customer.

According to the customer’s request, the hotel will store forgotten items for 1 month, after which the items will be disposed of.
There is video surveillance in the hotel’s common areas and parking lot. If necessary, a security company will help ensure order in the hotel.

Door keys issued by the hotel (physical and electronic) are not allowed to be given to third parties.


The complaint must be submitted immediately, but no later than within two weeks from the discovery of the deficiency.
In the event that the service does not comply with the requirements or deficiencies, we ask you to send a claim by e-mail, with the petitioner’s name, contact telephone number, order number and a precise description of the claim.
In order to resolve the claims, the petitioner must keep purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) that prove the circumstances of the complaint. Without a supporting document, the hotel may leave the problem unresolved.
