PAYMENT TERMS
The hotel room will be held for the guest until 18:00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. If the guest has not cancelled the reservation or informed the hotel of a later arrival, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without contacting the guest.
Reservations can be guaranteed by credit card or prepayment. In this case, the room will be held for the guest until the following day.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge a compensation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night.
In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge a compensation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night. If the guest does not arrive by 07:00 the next morning, the hotel may debit the cost of the first night from the guest’s credit card.
The hotel reserves the right to apply stricter booking and cancellation conditions during high-demand periods or for group bookings.
